What’s for lunch?

Today, we enjoyed wonderful food from the venerable Phnom Penh, which has been a fixture in Chinatown for many, many years.

This is Beef Luc Lac – the portion is large enough that you could very well make 2 meals out of it.

Mix them all up!

Next up, Vietnamese Rice Vermicelli with Beef. Once again, the portion is nothing to sneeze at.

And of course, what would a Phnom Penh meal be without their (in)famous Phnom Penh Deep Fried Chicken Wings?  Make sure you get one to share!  And here’s another tip: see the garlic and green onion garnish in the middle?  Mix that with some white rice – it’s absolutely delish and you don’t waste food!

Google Street View guy approved!

Phnom Penh resturant is located at 244 E. Georgia St.  You can call in for takeout at (604) 682-5777, but be prepared for a bit of a wait if you happen to call during lunch and dinner rush…they are THAT popular.
